Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Owner Of Cellular Pet Salon In Hillsborough

James Taylor has expressed concern about what happened to his 5-pound dog JUJU last weekend. Taylor claimed that the dog was bloodied and distressed after a groomer had taped Jujur’s lips shut.

Taylor told the story, "My puppy was in obvious distress. What I initially believed was a mask turned out be tape. Jujur was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.

Puppy Lux - a mobile salon for pets - employed the groomer to perform these actions.

James took Juju straight to the hospital for emergency medical care. He joined a number of others in accusing Puppy Lux for animal abuse. San Mateo initiated an investigation for possible animal abuse.

James described his observations, saying "I saw wounds animal abuse fun facts in the genital, neck, and near the joints." The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Jack Smithr posted on Yelp a review about how Puppy Lux returned his animals to him in a bad condition or with injuries. Another customer captured a Snapchat video showing a dog in apparent pain, claiming that a groomer had forcefully inserted a napkin into the dog's ear.

Puppy lux wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they trusted this person with the care of their animals. James said, "Jonny told me that tapering the mouth shut was a normal, acceptable method. He claimed it is better than using a muzzle which, according to him, can be harmful for dogs. He also said he personally used this method on his dog."

Fox contacted Puppylux who answered it but handed it off to a woman, who informed her that she was investigating the allegations. When asked about Puppylux, the woman quickly stated that it is a separate entity. Then she abruptly ended her call.
